- For patients using diphenhydramine or doxylamine as a sleeping aid: If you are already taking a sedative or tranquilizer, do not take ZYRTEC without consulting your doctor first.
- ZYRTEC is pregnancy category B drug. It means that it will not harm the unborn baby. Please remember to take advice from your doctor if you want to use ZYRTEC during pregnancy.
