Impotence is not a Disease

ED is not a disease. Its a condition that is treatable
So you’re looking for cures for erectile dysfunction, or impotence as it is also commonly known. Well the sad truth is there is no cure for impotence as there is no cure for sneezing or for headaches, impotence is a symptom of a larger problem not a disease in itself. The larger problem can be psychological or physiological in nature and while there is no cause for impotence it is likely that the larger problem can be treated, cured or prevented in some way.
Now, while there are no cures for impotence there are treatments allowing you to succeed in obtaining your illusive erection. In fact, I’d wager that you’ve heard of these treatments before: Viagra, Levitra, and Cilais among others, are popular, widely used and widely available drugs that can treat impotence.
The real trick is to prevent impotence in the first place by limiting drinking, not smoking, not becoming involved in substance abusive and other preventative measures. Twenty-twenty hindsight is all well and good but there are thousands of men out there now, perhaps you are one of them, who are suffering with one of mans worst disorders.
Perhaps you have considered Viagra or similar products like Cialis and Levitra before but never got around to it for lack of information or other reasons. Perhaps you have received e-mail annoying advertisements in your inbox that have resulted in you dismissing such products. If you are suffering with impotence however these drugs could be exceedingly helpful. Just ask your doctor.
Viagra, Levitra and Cialis are each made of different, but very similar substances, sildenafil, vardenafil and tadalafil (in that order) these compounds are known as PDE5 inhibitors, which in short, means they can increase the release of muscle relaxing chemicals in the body, once the muscles surround the arteries of the penis are relaxed blood is allowed to flow in to it more easily. Of course, this results in an erection. It has been said that erections that are a result of PDE5 inhibitors are larger and more rigid than normal erections.
These drugs have slight difference in the length of time for which they are effective and the possible side effects, though many of the side effects are similar. Cialis has the longest half life, which means that the visible effects will last longer, up to 36 hours! Whereas the effects of Levitra are much shorter and should wear off within five to six hours, Viagra meanwhile offers a middle ground.
In terms of side effects a user of any of these drugs should expect some sneezing, dizziness, and possibly loss of hearing temporarily. Consult your health care provider about the potential risks, though it is a difficult subject of discussion for most men it is important for you to understand the possible risks as well as the benefits.
Your partner should also be included in your decision. Research your chose drug and clarify for them the benefits and risks, its operation and discuss why you have chosen that course of action.
