What is ALBENZA?
- Albenza, a brand name for the drug albendazole, inhibits the growth of worms in the body. It is used for the cure of worms infestations caused by pork tapeworm, dog tapeworm and other types of worms. Apart from worm infection cure, this medication is also used for other purposes not mentioned here.
- Important: Albenza is most effective if it is taken within 48 hours of the occurrence of disease.

- Albenza is used for the treatment of parenchymal neurocysticercosis, a most common parasitic infection.
